Located in the town of Moulicent in the Orne, less than 2 hours from Paris, Rouen, Caen, Le Mans, and more, in the Perche Regional Nature Park, our 135-hectare estate is home to an organic farm, treehouses, a guest room, an adventure course (the FilO'Parc), an escape game, and a wide range of activities.

At La Grande Noë, you'll meet…
- Agnès de Longcamp, who lives on site and runs the unique-stay accommodations — the treehouses are her doing.
- Sophie de Longcamp, Agnès's sister, who farms the organic land and raises horses.
- Pascale de Longcamp, their mother, who lives at the château, now retired from hosting guests.
A historic estate
The château, passed down through the family since 1393, has undergone many transformations over the generations.
- The central section, the oldest part, originally consisted of just a square tower at the back (the former entrance). It was later extended with a wing added in the 17th century and a pavilion on the right, known as the Hunting Pavilion, in the early 19th century.
- The façade was completely reworked at that time to bring harmony to the building and let in more light. Two elegant round towers grace the north façade, preserving its more medieval character.
- The courtyard displays a subtle balance of multi-purpose Percheron farm buildings: stables, a dovecote with a laundry room and bread oven, a cart shed, a woodshed, a kennel, an orangery, a garage… and even the "3 holes," a family dry toilet.
