Chêne Fou - Tree House

At the heart of a magnificent oak tree, over two hundred years old, stands a truly one-of-a-kind place: the Chêne Fou cabins. Two treehouses perched at 9 and 11 metres, linked by a suspended terrace at 14 metres that wraps all the way around the trunk.
Spread across three levels within a single tree, this is the largest family treehouse built by La Cabane en l'Air. As several of our guests have said with a smile: "This isn't a treehouse, it's a village in the air!"

Two cabins, a shared terrace and one giant tree tying it all together: an accommodation built for gathering.

• Foudu Roi (9m): 1 euro king bed and 3 single beds, 2 of them elevated
• Dame de Cœur (11m): 1 euro king bed, 1 single bed and 1 pull-out child's bed (70x150cm)
• Shared terrace with table and bench, at 14 metres, wrapped around a gigantic branch
• Small private terrace for a quiet moment together
• Dry toilets in each cabin

The experience

As night falls, birdsong suddenly intensifies before fading gently into the rustle of leaves. A suspended moment, best enjoyed from your perch.

The shared terrace becomes the heart of the evening — the perfect spot to dine together beneath the oak's canopy. Later, once the children are asleep, the small private terrace offers parents a quiet moment of their own.
